You can request to cancel your order in the 30 days following the date of placing the order.

Return Process

Step 3: Receive the Shipping Address and Label

We will send you the return instructions.

For approved returns, you will receive a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)

Our return address will be provided according to your country of delivery.

Step 4: Return the Product

Pack the product securely

Use the shipping label provided (or your own shipping label if applicable)

Keep a proof of tracking (tracking number)

Step 5: Inspection and Reimbursement

Once received, we inspect the product (3-5 business days).

If approved, you will receive a refund confirmation

The refund will be processed within the 7-14 business days after approval

The money will appear in your account according to your bank/credit card company (1-2 additional weeks).

  2. Bank processing: 1-2 additional weeks (depends on your bank)
  3. Estimated total: 2-3 weeks after approval

Exchanges

To receive the correct product as quickly as possible:

  1. Go back the incorrect order received
  2. Once back accepted , proceed to new order for the correct product
  3. You will receive a prepaid label for the initial return

Cancelled Refunds

The 2-year warranty on the products is cancelled after a full refund within the 30-day satisfaction policy. However, any replacement product receives a new 2-year warranty from the date of replacement.


Right of Withdrawal — European Union (14 days)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within the following timeframes: 14 days , for any reason and without justification.
