Quality Guarantee — 2 Years
All VIBEzones headphones purchased directly from vibezones.com or through official channels benefit from a full guarantee of 2 years against manufacturing defects and quality problems.
If you experience a quality issue not caused by user behavior, please contact our customer service support@vibezones.com for a free repair or replacement.
Product Replacement
- For quality-related warranty claims, your defective product will be replaced with a new model or an equivalent of the same value.
- The warranty on all replacements follows the same duration as the original product (2 years) from the first purchase, or 30 days after replacement , whichever is longer.
Note : For bulk orders, returns or replacements are only covered if the defect is proven to be original manufacturing fault, not caused by the user.
Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: Provide a Valid Proof of Purchase
- VIBEzones order number
- Purchase invoice or payment receipt
- Note : More than one type of proof may be required (shipping address confirmation, payment receipt, etc.)
Step 2: Documenting the Defect
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect
- The earphone serial number
- Detailed description of the problem
Step 3: Quality Inspection
- VIBEzones will examine the defective product
- In some cases, the product may need to be returned for full inspection.
- You will receive confirmation of the diagnosis
Step 4: Replacement or Repair
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
- Your product will be replaced or repaired
- Free delivery of the replacement
Claim Deadlines
⏱️ Important : Warranty claims must be submitted within the 30 days following the discovery of the defect.
Claims cannot be processed if:
- The original 2-year warranty has expired.
- More than 30 days have passed since the claim was filed.
Shipping Costs
VIBEzones Covers the Costs:

The Buyer Covers the Costs:
- Returns for reasons other than a proven quality defect
- Claims on items shipped outside the country of original purchase
- Accidental or unauthorized returns
- Returns of personalized/engraved items
- Items shipped internationally
- Returns outside the official warranty process
Note : When returning an item using a prepaid VIBEzones label, we cover any damage incurred during transit. For unauthorized returns, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage.
Not Covered by the Warranty
The following elements are not covered :
❌ Products without sufficient proof of purchase
❌ Products purchased from unofficial or illegitimate resellers
❌ Items whose warranty has expired (after 2 years)
❌ Lost or stolen products
❌ Damage caused by misuse (drops, extreme temperatures, prolonged immersion)
❌ Damage caused by external sources (shocks, accidents)
❌ Repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties/workshops
❌ Normal wear and tear after 2 years
❌ Software or Bluetooth connection problems (after 30 days of purchase, excluding manufacturing defects)
❌ Free products or promotional gifts
❌ Purchases made on unauthorized third-party platforms
Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the You can return it within 30 days of receipt . full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Terms :
- The item must be in good condition, unused or minimally used
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days
