Where can I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated by the carrier. You can also view it in the "My Orders" section of your account.

How does this technology work?
Unlike traditional headphones that use speakers, our patented technology uses bone conduction. Transducers send tiny vibrations through the cheekbones to transmit sound directly to the inner ear, bypassing the eardrum. This leaves your ears free to hear the sounds around you.
Can you feel the vibrations?
You may feel a slight sensation during the first use, particularly at high volume, but most users no longer notice it by the second or third use.
Is bone conduction safe?
Bone conduction is a perfectly natural form of hearing. If you plug your ears and whisper, you are hearing primarily through bone conduction!

What does the warranty cover?
All our headphones come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover misuse, loss, or theft.
